For the 2026 season, Luka will move up to the FIA Formula Regional series. The season includes the Formula Regional Middle East Championship series and the European series. Luka's team is Trident Motorsport, known as one of the most successful formula teams in Formula Regional, Formula F3, and Formula F2.

2025 - FORMULA 4

Luka drove in the Italian Formula 4 series for the German US Racing team and finished eighth in the series, achieving numerous podium finishes.

Solid start to Sunday yesterday with P6 in Race 2 — more good points and strong pace 💪🏼
Race 3 was looking promising too, but after a good launch I got blocked off at the start and then ran into a technical issue that dropped me to P9.
Heavy rain and a safety car meant no restart, which led into a suspended race.
Now full focus on Misano — the final round of the championship 🇮🇹

A tough start to the weekend on Friday with technical issues cutting the day short — only managed to do one practice session and it left us a bit on the back foot.
But we kept working, made some changes, and came back strong today 💪🏼
P10 to P5 in Race 1 with solid race pace and good points on the board.
Two more races tomorrow, both starting inside the top 10 — let’s keep the momentum going 🙌🏼

Friday in Mugello ✅
After some tough practice sessions where we didn’t had the pace we wanted, qualifying went a lot better. Ended Quali 1 with a solid P5. Quali 2 was a bit trickier, as I had a technical issue on the warm-up lap. Because of this, I was only able to complete one qualifying lap, where I managed to finish P7.
Overall, it was a good qualifying session, but we’re ready to push even harder tomorrow 👊🏻🏎️

Another positive day here in Monza 🇮🇹
Race 1 was hectic with three safety car restarts and lots of action – made a small mistake that cost me one place and finished P5.
Race 2 started from P4, got up to P2 at one point, but a big moment of understeer pushed me into the gravel and dropped me to P6. From there, I had really strong pace and fought back to P4, closing in on the leaders lap by lap. One more lap and the podium might have been possible 👊🏼

Tomorrow we start from P3 — full push with a lot of confidence 💪🏼

Leaving Vallelunga with an important lesson.
First of all, it’s great to see that just like in Misano, we were able to fight at the front for podiums and even the race win! Unfortunately, a mistake on my side cost us the podium in Race 1, and in Race 2 I got hit from behind and had to fight my way back through the field.
The weekend didn’t end the way we wanted — but the pace is there, and that’s what we’re taking with us into Monza. Let’s keep pushing 💪🏻
